Brain Boosting Exercises

There are different activities that can help you exercise one part or the other of your brain. For example, crossword puzzles, sudoku and chess can help you boost your reasoning and problem-solving skills. On the other side, painting, playing a musical instrument or meditating can do wonders for stimulating your creative side.
